Ticket Cost for non-members: $75
Ticket Cost for paid NYSpurs Members: $60 (members may purchase 1 additional member ticket for a plus 1)

1. Full name and any name of additional numbers/plus 1's that are coming
2. Food allergies or if you are vegetarian
